What's the best to do if you feel like you fail in everything?

1 year ago I had so many dreams and so much things I wanted to do but lately I feel like I fail in everything. My biggest dream was to study in New York for one year after high school. So I traveled from Europe to the US and I made my dream come true. But since I'm back to reality I don't know what I'm feeling. I started with university, but I don't feel happy at all. I don't know what to do to feel motivated again. I don't know how to chase after my dreams anymore.

Can someone explain me how it comes I feel this way or how I can change it. I just don't feel happy anymore.

find what you're good at and express it as much as possible,

even if it's something bad or socially unacceptable.

i was like you a few weeks ago, extremely depressed, almost proud to be a failure

but i reconnected with myself reestablished that my skills to make bombs and ammo to kill people is probably unmatched in the world and i'm surfing that good feeling, even though i know it's not socially acceptable.

i'm going to use this good feeling to try new things and maybe find something else i am great at and can be proud of.

as a person gets older their description of happiness changes. It's not the same as when you're young, it's not that exhilirating, thrilling, exciting, bright and new colors hitting you in the fact that you experienced as you hit different stages in life. At maturity it's doing what you're supposed to do in life, it's rote, it's you're thinking more of stability and serious things, of raising a family and teaching other human beings, and the plans that used to be of vacations and travel and seeing new places and experiencing new things changes to perhaps things like which part of the country could you get a better job and which field can you earn the most to support the lifestyle you want, and where are the best schools for my kid. And the fun and laughter of younger years changes to a smile, to a nod of the head in acknowledgment when something is funny or strange or out of the ordinary, to a short chuckle and then quickly moving on or back to what you were doing.

if you are not happy with the course you are taking and uni you need to think about changing. You are probably just having a bit of an anti climax and come back. Back to reality. Life isn't all fun and easy. Its pretty crappy and hard most of the time.

life is not a goal. its a journey, one you must have fun partaking in. so setting yourself goals, while useful, is setting yourself up for unhappiness should you not achieve them or should you achieve them they might not even make you happy. focus on being happy, let that be your goal
