What NBA team should I like?

I've been out of the loop for years and all my favorite players have retired or been traded. My favorite college team is the Kentucky Wildcats and I'm a fan of John Wall, Anthony Davis, Rajon Rondo, Eric Bledsoe, Patrick Patterson, and current NBA wildcats like so. Teams that I will never like are the Lakers, Heat, Spurs, and Bulls. Thanks in advance.

If you live in Kentucky, then the Cavaliers, Pacers and Wizards are the 3 teams closest to you (in case you ever want to see a game). Pick Indiana if you want a team that's good and has a chance at winning the East (they're also rivals with both the Heat and the Bulls). Don't pick the Cavaliers, they've got too many internal problems, and you'll just be setting yourself up for disappointment. You can also root for the Wizards if you want to watch an underdog. But they're a little further away than the Pacers. But that's where John Wall plays, and that's probably where he'll stay. They built a very good team there with a lot of proto-typical type players with defined roles (pass first PG - Wall, accurate shooting guard - Beal, a do-it-all small forward = Ariza/Porter, and a shotblocking center - Nene/Gortat). So they can be fun to watch. Cleveland tried to do the same thing but they just weren't as lucky, and their players don't have defined roles, their roles sort of mesh together, that's why they have a lot of chemistry problems. Both teams are bad right now. But Wizards are one dominant bigman away from contending. Cavs have a bunch of problems. The Suns are fun to watch and are an interesting team, now and in the future. That's where Bledsoe plays. They're also underdogs, but I don't think they will be contending any time soon. The Pelicans are a mess but they have a lot of assets and good pieces. They're just using them in all the wrong ways. As long as Anthony Davis stays there, it will be a fun team because he's a pretty special player. If you like Rondo, I wouldn't go for the Celtics, because you don't really know if Rondo will even stay there.
