Chilli is a hot capsicum, and it's lovely in chocolate, but you normally only find it in dark chocolate and not milk. Recently someone has made a chilli chocolate Scotch egg. The ingredients you need for the pasty are potatoes, onions, minced beef and you could add a little carrot. I should imagine that the chilli chocolate is melted and then incorporated into the pastry.

    chilly is cold

    chilli is not a word

chile is both a country and a pepper pod - long green or big jim chile

chili is a bowl of meat with pepper pods such as long green chile in it
