Is it impossible for Y!A to fix the glitches ?

Since the 8th April from 0800 hours till today; I am still not able to submit my answers.

The ' Submit ' button can't be found in the forum.

Any better solutions ???

    Yahoo has been fixing problems for years and they're not close to a solution. The problem is that yahoo doesn't know when to quit.

    One problem is fixed but then many more arises. It's like the hydra. Cut off one head, two more takes its place.

    Try emailing yahoo.

    I don't know what you're using but try another device. My iPad 3 and iPhone 5s has no problem. I think my PC using internet explorer 7 or maybe 8 in windows XP is having problems.
