Magic players?

The other day, someone used a red enchantment spell against me. Its effect was that every turn, it brought out double the number of 1/1 red goblin tokens into play. What is this card?

    The ONLY card I can thionk of like that is Krenko, Mob Boss.

    He's an M13 Legendary Creature, not an Enchantment who taps to put X Goblin Tokens into play where X is the number of Goblins you control.
