Tese questions are the bread a butter of the Yahoo answers paycheck, they protect their turf and $ resources.

It would also help if the staff would post some standard answers for things like #1 in a FAQ section. The answer would explain how we could not really answer the question and they should seek adult help or a doctor. Users could then cut and paste. Others would include, "How do I pick BA?" and "What are the point for?". They really need a set of FAQs and answers to them. The second by itself is always a violation. The problem is when they are smart and ask "How can I improve my makeup and hair and am I hot?". The third is not usually a violation.

No, because (obviously) they are being asked by different users each time.
Now, the 2nd one - is a violation. So report it.
The first one is often trolling (reportable), or impossible to answer anyway. So ignore it.
The last one can actually provide useful information on how to interact within a family structure, so it is not really a bad question.

No. The second one is a violation and it should be reported. The first and third ones are knollage questions, especially the third one. However, the first one should always be answered with something like check with a doctor.
