Tell her exactly what is hurting you. If she does not get it realize that it is her issue not yours. At that point you have a choice of tolerating it or confront her at the moment she does something cruel. Call her out.
Also talk to family if you can about it. They may be able to tell her separately that they wont tolerate it either.
