Pc vs console which one can give me the best experience?

I've played consoles for years and was pondering on pc gaming because I can do more with a pc than with a console. I out weighed the pros and cons like on a pc I can use for my homework, and entertainment but a console is just strictly gaming.

Pros of consoles:

1) Plug and play

2) online gaming

3) enjoyable with friends

4)cheaper than pc

Cons:

1) Too limited

2) games cost a lot

3) I void my warranty of I open the case to replace my hard drive

4) don't have that much of a variety to deal with when it comes to certain internet features

5) the updates take a while

Pros of pc:

1) just like consoles can watch movies

2) more games than usual to choose from to build a library off of

3) can change the pc to your liking

4) diverse for other things besides just gaming

5) can add more terabytes without voiding warranty

6) I would say can take a remote from a console and use for games when needed

7) I can have iTunes, and google play

8) can make it 3D capable (even though I'm getting oculus)

9) I can hook my Kinect to it

Cons:

1) gotta check my machine every now and again to make sure everything is running properly

2) the use of mouse can get a little tiring after a while

3) (can't really find anything else, but a pro is I can program on my pc, and can also hook it up to my tv.)

What's your take on the issue it kinda seems like I have my mind made up and am going pc.
