Why does my phone keep saying "Security policy restricts clearing of this app's cache"?
Went to clear out my phone's cache and I went through the storage part under system manager under settings which is where I can go to just clear it all and not have to go trough each app and clear its individual cache. Then I got the message that I stated above. Any idea why? On an s3 by the way.

You can clear cache in recovery mode. Under normal conditions you cannot clear one app's cache from another because that would open the door to malware.
