Can we look to the other scriptures if we don t find answers in the Quran?
Like in Old Testaments etc.
Allah said in Chapter (5) sūrat l-māidah
(This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favor upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion.) So we do not need any other previous scripture to be consulted since Quraan is complete and perfect to give all help we require for any issue. Quraan also strongly commands to learn from tradition of Prophet Muhammad(pbuh), his companions(r.a.) for any clarification we need.
More then three places Allah says in Quraan to follow Muhammad(pbuh), since he is best example what Quraan Commands. So we can learn from Sunnah of Prophet and his companion if we feel difficulties to find specific answer in Quraan.
When The God Almighty perfected(updated) Religion with Quraan revealed to last and final Prophet Muhammad(final and last Scripture, after series of Prophets and Scriptures), we do not need previouse scriptures unless referred in Quraan or Hadith.

Quran is Latest and Perfect,
Answers old scriptures and future predictions
You can ask islamic Scholors and also go through Hadiths !!!
Hadiths are the sayings and actions of Our beloved Prophet.
Ex. God says worship me, now question is How.
answer look how our prophet worshipped !!!
so look for brief explanations in HADITHS.

Only God/Allah is perfect.
The Koran is in spite of religious propaganda not perfect. You have to do your own research by consulting other scriptures and eventually the scales will fall from your eyes and mind.

Salam No you could look other scriptures if you cannot find its answers in the Qur'an because Qur'an is explained for its implementation by hadiths and ijmas of the board of ulamas (Muslim scholars) completely.Maybe you have misinterpreted it or you could not find it yourself successfully,so you need some explanation from a Muslim scholar.

The Qur'an is supposed to be the "Perfect" and "Unchanged" book even though, in fact, that's pure hogwash.
