How do I justify scamming for a debate?

So I have a debate to do and I need to justify the act of scamming others out of their money. I live in Jamaica, so the type of scamming to be focused on here is the "lottery scam". A lot of dudes are calling old people (namely in the US) and telling them they've won the lottery but need to pay a tax to get their money or something along those lines. For a debate at school I basically need to justify this act. The only point I could come up with so far was some crap about retribution for slavery. please help!!

A fool and his money are soon parted. You justify this by saying if they're stupid enough to fall for the scam, then they deserve to lose their money. Just as might makes right, so too, intelligence should prevail over the feeble minded. It is only natural that smarter people get richer while dumb people get poorer.

Now I don't actually agree with this line of reasoning, but I happen to know that people will use supremacy of the fittest as an argument to defend their monstrous behavior. You might actually win the debate with it.
