Good bulking meal plan.?

I'm trying to bull up and am currently on a meal plan but would like some variety and change it. Is there any recommendations ? Preferably could someone come up with a good daily meal plan for me. Displaying around 6 meals a day with the type of food to consume per each meal everyday. If possible lay out an entire week. You can't be to specific! I'm serious about it so please be very specific if need be. I want to bulk up and do it right!! But I need some major help cause my plan now is to much fat in it I believe. So a whole new re-amped one would be awesome. Thanks guys! ...and ladies!

    i won't do a whole week, but ill do a day for you. and i will basically do a plan for a fairly busy, on-the-go person. sorry if thats not you, but i thought it would be suitable for most people. i'll also make it healthy so you can bulk up the right way.

    first wake up: protein smoothie w/ 2 bananas, protein powder(whatever flavor you like and however much a serving size is), 4 tbsp peanut butter, TONS OF SEEDS (flax, chia, sunflower, pumpkin, AS MUCH AS YOU WANT), greek yogurt, lots of kale, whole milk

    3 eggs (not in the smoothie, however you like them cooked)

    mid-morning: cliff bar (or any type high protein bar you like), fruit, chocolate milk

    lunch: milk (any kind), 2 sandwiches w/ wholegrain bread, chicken piled high, avocado, bacon, anything else you like on it

    caesar salad w/ plenty of cheese

    snack option 1: any nuts you like, milk

    snack option 2: carrots w/ hummus or ranch

    snack option 3: fruit and yogurt

    dinner: any meat, lots of it, brown rice, vegetables, small protein shake w/ powder, milk, and peanut butter

    all the snacks are interchangeable, u can basically eat any of these foods or meals whenever throughout the day, and i suggest keeping protein bars and trail mix with you to snack on all day.

    eat 20x your body weight from calories 1.5 grams of protein for each pound u weigh eat 5-7 smal meals daily live from salmon, chicken, beef, eggs, nuts, whey protein, yams, brown rice, fruits, vegetables, yes take some supplments they help your recovery go for whey protein, an glutamine

    well, it has to be equivalent to 20x your body weight from calories

    1 gram of protein for each pound you weigh

    eat 5-7 times daily

    make best friends with salmon, chicken breast, beef, tuna, eggs, rye bread, oatmeal, vegetables, whey protein, nuts, fruits

    And also take casein protein before bed

    bulking up = getting fat....

    all you have to do to gain muscle is stay in a positive nitrogen balance...
