Are illegal immigrants who have a tax ID entitled to receive a tax refund?
I know someone who says they don't get any returns for their children because of their immigration status, but they pay taxes like a regular worker. Thanks.

Undocumented workers can get their withholding and the Additional Child Tax Credit back. (Congress whines about this, but never changes the law.)
Undocumented workers CANNOT get EIC.
Employers of undocumented workers weren't supposed to hire them, but many fail to catch the fake/borrowed SSN.
