No one knows anything about them. I went thru 2 different search engines without finding one mention of the company or their service. There is a Providence College which has a course catalog but that doesn't seem to be what you are referring to. If they have a website, you can find out how long it has been open at who.is (free to visit).
Don't send any money to that PO box.

100% scam ... My mother sent them money for months. Total scam. Never send tons PO box. Always check to see if they have a real website, call the company to see if they actually answer the phone, etc. These guys are 100% scammers.
