Interview tips and help?

I have an interview this Saturday and I really need some help. I feel like I can be kind of a spaz when it comes to interviews. Its hard for me to be calm and not blurt things out. How can I keep it professional and be likable? Also, I have been home schooled for most of my high school life and I don't have many friends so when it comes to social settings I'm a little bit of a newb. Any helpful words or advice?? I really want this job. Thank you so much!

    Rules on Interviewing:

    1. Dress to impress

    2. Smile, make direct eye contact when shaking hands.

    3. Answer the questions with confidence, do not stutter.

    4. Do not speak ill of your last employer

    5. Tell the employer why you are a good fit for there company

    6. When you are finished follow number 2.

You will be fine. Just because you were home school for a while does you will not open up. When you open up then you will make more friends. When I was a kid I was very shy, now that I am an adult I can't be quiet.

GOOD LUCK and believe in yourself....
