can anyone please tell me how to make fitness a lifestyle?

im really interested in fitness but i cant stay consistent or have enough motivation to actually do the workout can anyone help me? im actually eating healthy also.

    You are probably doing too much, which leaves you feeling uncomfortable or sore. Scheduling a time for exercise, i.e., Tu, Th, & Sa at 1PM, becomes habit forming after a month or two, and your body will actually signal you when it is time to go. Remember, this is just a part of a healthy lifestyle as mentioned by omedul.

    Find something you enjoy...take at least 1 day off a week (or more)...don't make it a chore, do it because you enjoy the activity and the benefit from it...

    Hi Bill J,

    Find a sport you love. It can be anything that your passionate about.

    Always try to be better than yesterday.

    Most top athletes always have a long term goal and a vision of what they want to accomplish.

    Be optimistic about your talents, trust yourself.
