If you put that you are the legal guardian of a child on a court document and you are not, is that illegal?

I got served with a restraining order which involves a minor. The person that got the restraining order is not the legal guardian however marked that he was and signed it. He is just the boyfriend and the childs mom is nowhere on the court document, the real legal guardian. Can he do that and represent her in court, or can an attorney do that? Can I get this dismissed for false statements on a court document, or is there a loophole he found? Any answers would be great, thanks!

Yes. It's a lie & it is always considered serious when lying to the court, especially about being the legal guardian of a minor child.
