Please girls, I need your help, what does this girl mean in that case?
Ok, the story is, I dated a girl for 5 months, then we decided to be friends because she thought the relationship went so fast, and many things happened in a short time, so we decided to be friends based on what she wanted, it's been like 7 more months without any contact and without seeing each other even once (she tried actually to text me like 2 times after deciding being friends, but I was responding to the point, and didn't try to text her anymore during these 7 months, and she didn't do the same too), I texted her a month ago asking how is she doing and what not, she replied in the same day nicely and to the point. she texted a week ago again thanking me for the text to her! (keep in mind she already replied to my text when I sent it to her), and asking how am i doing etc? What does that mean?
PS. we are going to meet soon for the whole summer with other friends for some summer activities

It sounds likely that she still has feelings for you. But she could just be happy the whole friends thing could be working out.
But if I did that (btw I am a girl lol I should really change my name)... But if I did that it would probably be because I still liked the guy.

well, to me it isn't clear either, but i think she likes to see you again and meet you for now. And probably she will see how it would go for you and her if she still has the same strong feelings with you before when things were happening too fast, I think. you know i think she'd be lucky to have you because you are still there for her after all this time of waiting.
