Do I need help for my phobia?

So I'm pretty sure I have a phobia of bees. I get shaky just thinking about them. Even bumble bees (which apparently don't sting) There is a bee that hangs out in front of my house, and when I get home from school I can't, and I won't be able to get in my house (without having a panic attack) I have to wait for someone to come out of the house and help me in while I clutch their arm tightly and my heart beats out of my chest. Do I need help for this? And please don't tell me that bees don't do anything if you don't bother them. I know this already, but I still can't get over my phobia.

well, you neglected to say how exactly you started to become fearful!!!

figure that out first before visiting any bee farms

I'm not a big fan of bees either......one actually bore a hole into the wood right above the door to the garage

I had no choice but to go in and out........and with a male bee hovering outside trying to have fun with the female bee who made the hole......pheromones were in charge......and didn't make it easier for me.

I just walked in or out as I pleased, but I was mostly a bit on edge, especially if I could hear the bee buzzing outside

You need to go to one of those bee farm and do a tour. Confront your fear to overcome it, but do it in a controlled way.
