Will ghost rider show up in marvel's agents of shield?

Ghost Rider will definitely NOT show up in MAOS, because MAOS is based on the films in the MCU phase 1 and now going in to phase 2 superhero movies like Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America & Thor.

The only t.v shows and films that are linked in Marvel Universe are .....

Marvel's Agents Of Shield--- All Episodes, Season 1

Guardians Of The Galaxy--- August 1st 2014

Avengers: Age Of Ultron--- May 1st 2015

Ant Man--- July 31st 2015

Doctor Strange--- TBA 2016

It's hard to say. The rights recently reverted back to Marvel, so it's at least theoretically possible. But so far they've kept the supernatural side of things out of the Marvel movieverse. I think they'll hold back until they give the Doctor Strange movie an official green light and have it just about ready to go and then start introducing the supernatural elements into the universe. This may or may not include Ghost Rider. It would potentially make more sense to use the TV series to introduce the Defenders, but maybe they're planning a Defenders movie at some point down the line.
