What can I do to prevent carpal tunnels?
I play video games a lot, and often times I feel pains in my wrists while gaming or shortly after I stop. I try to take 10-15 minute breaks every hour or so that I am gaming, but what else can I do to prevent this?

You are using your wrists incorrectly. The wrist is designed to be a fulcrum, not a point of initiation of movement. Write on a chalk board and notice that your movement comes from your shoulder and elbow and the wrist is just used as an inbetween of the gentle grip and body. You also use your stomach, chest and back. If you can get that into your gaming, typing, writing, etcetera, all your SYMPTOMS will go away and most movements will become effiient and effortless.
