se intendi le finestre di google devi resettare le impostazioni quindi fai cosi /google/impostazioni/scendi giu/impostazioni avanzate /scendi ancora piu giu/premi ''reimposta le impostazioni del browser''/
Poi se intendi il menu start significa che devi portarlo da un tecnico per farlo riparare è un bug di sistema.
ma in alternativa se si possono chiudere chiudile e in secondo momento portale da un tecnico non costa molto.
