What does this emoji mean?

I text my freind earlier and i really dont know the meaning of this emoji? 😣..i meaning is it a bad thing? I ask her if she wanted to go jogging earlier and than later on i text her this 😝.. I was trying to be nice to her and thats what she texted back.. I want to know the meaning and if its a bad thing?
