We only met for 1 time! she texted me actually asking to meet again 3 weeks after the first time, i didnt try to ask her for that , i was just saying if she wants to she'll say it :D and she already did, so is this a date or a hang out?
Does this mean something please? I'm kinda confused, and what should I talk about in this second date or whatever??? and is this really a date or just a friendly meeting? please explain, I'm kinda new into these stuff :D

Depends what you guys do when u hang out. At her place or ur place? Did u take her out to eat or to the movies? Beach? If u want it to he a date then YOU invite her to see a movie and eat afterwards. something like that. Otherwise it's just hanging out.
