I am 5ft 9in and around 200lbs. Is that too fat?
For a 17 year old. I know I am big but Idk if that is really bad or not. I play 3 sports.

You asked the wrong question. You do not need us to tell you something you already know.
You get plenty of exercise playing three sports, so you are left with a possible malfunctioning thyroid or poor food choices to deal with your weight issue. A trip to the doctor may be in order. Education about food choices will help you develop a long term dietary strategy that works for you, and keeps your biochemistry balanced and promoting the fat burning process.
My strategy, offered as an example, may or may not work for you, is to eat a well balanced diet of natural fats (nuts, olives, avocados...), proteins (not necessarily meats), and lower range GI carbohydrates (veggies, berries, some fruits), while minimizing or avoiding wheat products, starchy foods, and products that list sugar (any type) as one of the first three ingredients. I opt for fresh foods rather than processed foods. Eat Smart - Not Less
