My SD card is damaged/corrupted, need help with the FOUND.000 folder!?

Question

i have a 16 SD card of sandisk that got damaged yesterday and made thousands of unknown corrupt folders, i went thru the net and found out that CMD/CHKDSK will help m so i did that but all my 10 GB data (3500 files) turned out in a folder FOUND.000 with CHK ext. i want them data back and its has mp4, mp3, docs, images and all my important stuff and i don't have backup either. really need help with this cuz i've been searching on net from todays' morning but got nothing helpful than those data recovery methods that just didn't work out for me..
