Assuming a constant rate of speed (5mph), that's the same thing as asking what 10% of 2 hours (120 Min) is. Are you telling us you really don't know how to derive 10% of 120 min or 1/5 of 1 hr? Because if that is the case, then we cannot help you. However, if you DO know how to derive these simple equations, then there is hope for you yet. Not as a mathematician, necessarily, but as an able minded individual who takes pride in learning and doing for oneself.

you are travelling 10 miles in 2 hours

that is 5 miles per hour

    60 minutes / 5 = 12. It takes 12 minutes to go 1 mile.

Since you were nice enough to place this third grade school question in the USA Travel section you might find different answers and in some lovely places you would have to walk quickly so as not to get shot and you may do the mile in 5 minutes.
