Is he still interested or am I reading into it too much?

I like this guy and i don't know if he likes me.. Last week we were at a party and he was flirting with me and was following me around like a lost puppy. He told his friends last week he likes me,We have the same friends so they told me, i don't think he knows they told me.. 
But the past few days it doesn't seem that he likes me; like he use to always flirt with me and stuff but now he doesn't, he always talks to my best friend but I'm thinking that maybe he's a bit more comfortable with her since he knows her longer and they were friends first.. He still always talks to me and stuff but not as flirtatious as he use to so I don't know if he still likes me...

if you're interested, show you're interested so that he knows your interested and feels less embarrassed and self-conscious about his behavior. better yet, you could just ask him out. if he was interested, he likely still is. don't worry about it too much.

He's being a guy..and he doesn't want to come off too strong so he's trying to back off a little bit..just mirror his behaviour (Withdraw yourself a bit) and he will soon come running back..the moment he sees he isn't affecting you, the moment he will be asking you for a date..don't worry and get on enjoying your life!
