sores and rashes around anus and vagina, please help!?

Question

Couple weeks ago I experienced thrush symptoms and went to doctors for swabs to be checked. Before geeting the results I slept with my boyfriend (the symptoms had gone by then) and we had anal for the first time. I first noticed some anal fissure I think, which just looked like swollen tears in the skin around the anus. A couple days later I started getting saw red bumps around the anus, these have progressed and turned into sores, some with yellow heads (sorry for tmi), with them being around by anus there is now a big open wound on one side. Turns out I did have a yeast infection, has ana spread it and made it worse?

Whats going on? Going the doctors tomorrow but i'm so scared, I've not told anyone about this

I've also been getting a yellowy/white discharge. The bumps are very sore, is there any chance it could be herpes?

The bumps are also starting to appear on vaginal lip, inner lips and vaginal entrance

Yes, it is possible to spread a yeast infection through sex. With as bad as it sounds, you may need some high powered drugs. No more sex until you have finished any medicine the doctor gives you. Your boyfriend may want to see his doctor as well since it is likely for him to get a yeast infection as well.

Thrush is not a sexually transmitted disease. Its likely that you have infected your anal fissure. I recommend that you avoid sex for now and keep your area down there clean. No harsh cleaning!! And buy some soothing cream gel for your anus. Goodluck with the docs.
