How do you obtain a deed after a tax sale in Lake county Indiana?
I already have the tax certificate, my focus now is to do everything to get the property deed in hand. Lawyers fees are much more than what I paid at auction (thousands) and I need to do it without one
how do i give the notices?

Go back to the government agency that authored the sale.
You may not always be entitled to one in a tax sale situation until a TON of conditions are met.

The Tax Sale buyer’s interest in the property is limited to a lien on the purchased property until: 1) the property is redeemed; 2) a Tax Deed is issued; or 3) six (6) months has elapsed after the expiration of the redemption period, whichever occurs first.
The redemption period is 1 year. So, if the year passed you would need to pay all other liens and apply for the deed at the tax office. Until you do that you just have a lien, not property.
