Probably Montreal with Habitat 67, the Biosphere, City Hall, Notre-Dame Cathedral, 1000 de la Gauchetière, Maison Alcan, Pointe-à-Callière Museum, the Canadian Center for Architecture and other buildings. Vieux-Montréal is also interesting.

Montreal, specifically Old Montreal or Quebec City.

Fun fact, in the movie Catch Me If You Can with Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks, there is a scene where DiCaprio runs and hides in France, that part of the movie was actually shot in Quebec City.
