diagnosed with herpes but see no cause?

She said "all most certain", but it does sound like herpes. If she didn't test you then she can't be sure of her diagnosis. Get a second opinion, let them know what happened and ask them to test you for herpes. Just a visual diagnosis can be wrong but if they did test you for it then you can trust the results, they are rarely wrong.

Herpes isn't often tested for in routine blood tests or std exams, also your partner could have it orally and passed it to your genitals if he gave you oral sex while had a cold sore (which are caused by oral herpes and very common to have). Having a drink spiked wouldn't give you an std or herpes. Genital herpes is rarely passed out side of having oral sex or intercourse.

If it is herpes then your partner should know about it and you should, tell him about it ask him to get tested too.

Having herpes really isn't the end of the world. It's very manageable with medications or suppressants. You can still do every thing you want to (having herpes doesn't prevent you from having children or finding an accepting partner) even if it is herpes.

Okay. First calm down, because no one can diagnose herpes without testing. So just stay calm until you actually get tested. Did you take anything for your yeast infection? Were you diagnosed with a yeast infection, or did you just think you had one?
