A) Standard WHOLESALE MARKUP - You can find this state by state online.
B) By selling at RETAIL PRICES. Depending on method some logistics etc can be reduced or even eliminated and other costs can be avoided or reduced.
C) Customer demographics, target marketing and 10 to 2 marketing.
D) ONLINE / Store / Telesales / Advertising.
