Why won't my text message send to dubai?
To send a text message to Dubai you put '0044' XXXXXXX before the persons number. is that right?
If not can somebody tell me how to send a international text message to my friend in Dubai it's urgent. i am from the uk btw

it is 00971 and then the persons number, 0044 is UK
