Infamous second son can't get concrete anymore?

I beat the game 100% before the last boss battle and when I changed from concrete to neon I can't get concrete anymore. There are no DUP places anymore everything has been cleared 100%. Where do I get concrete Now?

    You can only get concrete from fallen enemies; however there should still be a DUP raid area to clear every now and then.

    they threw that into the game that way you would always be able to get concrete even after 100%
