do I have herpes?

So I had thrush and then started getting blisters around my anus. I treated the thrush (as I was diagnosed by the doctors) but the blisters got worse. I went to see the nurse who told me it looked like I had herpes and sent me to get swabs taken yesterday. They take 10-12 days for results, and have put me on 5 days of valtrex. However my boyfriend has never has any signs of herpes, on the genitals or orally. I have these blisters only around my anus and had anal sex with him for the first time the other week. I have been getting quite a lot of white watery discharge, not itching, the sores hurt when I move but apart from that don't bother me. I have also noticed recently I have been having VERY strong smelling urine, the smell is horrible but not something that I could describe to you. After treating the thrush it stoped hurting when urinating and the sores are starting to heal.

Has anyone had anything like this and it not been herpes??

Could I just have a bacterial infection along with thrush??
