Which cell phone company accept check payments?
A neighbor of mine is looking for a cell phone. It would be her first cell phone. She needs a simple phone, not a smartphone. She needs a reasonable plan because she will not be using the phone all the time. Most contracts are expansive. She is 82 years old. The problem is, she is not computer savvy and wants to pay by check. Which prepaid cell phone company accepts check payments.

Hardly any if none at all. Sad but true. The nature of that business model is to make sure you get paid before someone runs off with your unpaid-for cell phone.
Best suggestion. By a phone and the minutes (air time) for the phone at some place like Walmart. They still take checks and if you activate the phone for her via PC and turn on one of the time cards, that's about as easy as it will get. Not sure how helpful Wallyworld CS is at helping, but it's worth a try too.

If she wants to buy a cell phone she should pay in money or debit or credit card. Check payments are outdated.
