Grow a pair and come right out with it. Confidence will work wonders, and if she turns you down, act like it's nothing. (Truthfully it is nothing). Bro, your gonna get rejected, a lot, it just happens. You might not even score 1 out of a hundred, just jump into it, and you'll realize you were afraid of nothing. Plus if you don't try, you'll be single forever, and that just plain sucks. Remember, you're a catch, and she'd be lucky to have you, that attitude will take you a lot farther than fear will. I mean, don't be cocky or anything, just casual and direct..It will impress her. And if not, hey at least you don't have to wonder anymore. She's probably thinking, "if he likes me why won't he ask me out?" Confidence, confidence, confidence. Can't stress it enough, and if you can't find it, fake it til you make it.

Be straight forward. Tell her you like her and why. Don't be too aggressive about it, but make it like a conversation. Rejection is a possibility, and you'll need to accept that. But there are worse things in life. If you're not sure about that, then here's a question. In the future, what would you regret more, asking and getting rejected, or not asking, and not knowing how she felt?
