Singles & Dating have a younger, more immature audience so you get better advice from those of us with experience dealing with long-term relationships.

Some askers say that S&D is populated by immature children, and they want mature answers. I doubt if they get that, but that's evidently why some unmarried people post their relationship questions here.

You can still in a committed relationship even if you're not married.
But yeah, they should probably post in singles and dating instead.

Long term relationships with children are marriages and survive longer than some of those that actual exchanged rings and sign the papers. Get your facts straight.

A lot of people are choosing not to marry these days, or waiting until much older to do it (even if they end up having kids first)...a sign of the times....and there's no reason at all an unmarried couple cannot be as or more committed than a married couple...
Surely dear, you recall all the cheating posts you've replied to here...obviously marrying doesn't ensure commitment of any kind....it ensures more rights during divorce...
