Best way to start learning Kanji?

I've checked out some sites, but I'm thoroughly confused with kunyomi, onyomi, plus other pronunciations, and of course there are differing opinions on which order to learn them.

Is there a book or a website that explains it simply with a good learning order from radicals and beyond?
