Should I stop being friends with this person.?
Ok, I've known this guy for years, ever since fifth grade(I'm a junior in high school). We have good times, sometimes, but not all the time. Most of the time he is a complete narcissistic ignorant asshole and he knows it! He constantly annoys me with crap and thinks of himself all high and mighty. He thinks he is sexy and thinks being an asshole is apart of his charm. He only laughs at his jokes and he only likes to talk about things he likes. He shows no emotion and constantly distracts me from my work while I'm at school. He only believes in what he knows and have I mentioned he is a dick. He also loves to make fun of me, we normally make fun of each other but he does it too much. There are times when I remember that we are friends, but that is occasional. I want to tell him I don't want to be friends anymore but I'm too much of a nice guy to say it, and I hate it. What should I do?

There's a saying I really like:
If you can't change your friends, change your friends.
You were friends but you are growing in different directions. He's turning into a not so nice person and you aren't a follower.
That's part of growing up and I'm sure you can find other friends. If he presses the issue just say you have other stuff you have to do and leave it alone. This kind of thing happens to everyone in school. I had good friends, lost friends and made new friends.

You could either; try to save the friendship by coming clean to him and saying that things must change or the alternative is just to say thanks but no thanks to the friendship. Good luck with it.

I think you should still be friend with he because he might be acting like a dick and think of himself high and mighty maybe his alone.So i think you should still be friend with he and tell him how you feel and maybe he will change.Just tier your best to talk to him.

Just leave him, he sounds like an asshole. You sound like one of his only friends to be honest and if you dump him as a friend that might hit him hard and change him. Just tell him what you think and hell either be an *** and not care and continue being a dick or itll hurt him and he could change and possibly you guys could maybe eventually be friends again
