What is wrong with these HTML page?
So I have this website, and when ever you click the go back to top button (Shows up on the right side when you scroll down a bit and looks like this ^) it goes to top, but then glitches down to the bottom in a hurry and the page seems to get longer, then smaller. If someone could tell me what is going wrong with it it would be amazing!

Hi There,
You might try deleting that line of code to remove the "back to top" function.
the page might work then although the visitor would have to scroll back to the top of page.
The code is on line 190 or 191

Tried it in Firefox and it worked fine. Tried it in Chrome and it was glitchy.
The source code is an unholy mess, who developed this? I'd ask them to fix it...
