flu and pain reliever?
When you are sick with abdominal upset and your stomach seems to not be digesting, is it worth it to take a pain reliever (for headache)?v or would it just sit in the stomach and not dissolve?

It will dissolve regardless of whether your stomach hurts. Your stomach doesn't stop digesting when you have an upset stomach. and pills will still dissolve and be absorbed. The only problem is that you might throw up the pill if you're feeling sick enough. But it would be worth a try.
