I wake up from a nap upset sometimes?

I'm not even upset before I fall asleep. I usually don't wake up in REM unless in the morning.

I also get confused for a second even though in the back of my mind, I know the answer. If I talk, it's usually a whimper.

And then I'm okay again. Just... What would make someone upset from a nap?

    I used to have those. I called them Anger Naps. I imagine stress or just unresolved stuff causing it.
