I want to make a PVC paintball sniper rifle, .68 caliber, have some spare airsoft UTG shotgun parts I'd like to incorporate... any tips?
Ive never built anything with PVC before and I want maximum range and accuracy. I'd prefer not to use a bike pump and I'd prefer pleasing aesthetics (I intend to paint afterwards, probably steampunk or dieselpunk style). Any suggestions on style, design, materials, economics, etc. welcome and appreciated! :)

PVC would be hard to work with. Difficult to make adequate seals for the pneumatics required, and the internal finishes are grossly imperfect. It wouldn't work well, if it works at all. The cost & labor involved wouldn't be worth it, since there are existing paintball markers that you can work with.
