That would depend on a few things -
1. What kind of photo?
2. Did they even have permission to have the photo (or did they go "creeper status" and take one of me to use without me knowing)?
3. What site is it?
4. Why did they use my picture and not tell me?
5. Were they posing as/pretending to be me, or was it something else?
After all those concerns were addressed, I'd go from there and decide whether I would forgive them and remain friends or not.
