Can I chew free dent with braces?
I have 6brackets on my front bottom teeth with a wire in them. I also have something that fixes overbite. Can I chew sugar free free dent?

You shouldn't chew gum with braces, because it can get caught around the wires and cause a huge mess that you can't clean properly. If you can't clean it properly, then bacteria will find a nice little nest to grow in, causing decay.

My sister has braces throughout her whole mouth an she chews gum, so I don't see why not. But it's up to you whether you want to take that risk or not.
