Im 16 ive been boxing for 8 years and will be going to the golden gloves next year if I win what other steps do I need to go pro??

You could turn pro or you could become a member of the national team and compete in the world championships and Olympics.
If you win one of those you will get much more money at the beginning of your career, rather than fight for peanuts.
