Please help i need to know what will happen.?

Ok so this guy keeps talking to my mom and i told him lots of timea to leave her alone and he dont so i want to go to where he lives and just start swinging on him with no words said. I want to know what i would get charged with and how much is bail and all that legal process stuff. Im 17 never been arrestedor got in any legal trouble. Please help thanks. I know its not the right thing to do its just personal.

someone talking to your mom is not a disaster. your mom can tell him she doesn't want to talk to him,
it's not your concern. i you do what you say you want to, you will be charged with probably agrivated assault,
battery, probably trespassing and if you hurt him, your mom will be paying his medical bills and will probably get sued. and if you don't knock him out he could very well kick your butt. so this is not a good idea.

What is your mom's relationship with the guy?  Is he dating her?  Isn't your mom an adult?  Unless you know for certain the guy is a criminal or something, isn't it your mom's right to make her own decisions?

All you will succeed in doing is making life miserable for everyone.  Not to mention if it turns out the guy is tougher than you think he could just pound the crap out of you.  The only thing that might prevent you from getting an assault charge is you are a minor.

Wanting to beat someone up for talking to your mom is very immature.

Taking the law into your own hands, is not smart....Neither is swinging on someone--it is battery----being 17---GROW UP SOME more---don't ruin your life with physical actions you may regret later, some jurisdictions ---depending on severity of abuse, you would be tried as an adult

If your mom likes banging him or has plans of banging him, you will probably get kicked out and maybe not even have anyone to post your bail.
