What eyeliner works the best?
I use eyeliner on the top and bottom of my eyes, but I can never find an eyeliner that stays on all day. Right now I am using a Covergirl pencil eyeliner, but it doesn't last long. Before I have used a liquid Maybelline eyeliner, but the bottom wears off. What works best for you?

I use liquid eyeliner daily for my vintage cat eye.
My upper end favorite during the hot summer months is Makeup Forever's Aqua Liner. During the winter months (since that's 10 out of 12 months where I live) I prefer to save and so I use a combination of L'Oreal Paris Carbon Black Lineur Intense and over top (once the Lineur dries) I put L'Oreal Paris Carbon Black Telescope.
The Lineur is perfect for the base as it is a finer tip. The Telescope has a more blunt brush so following over top of an already set eyeliner is easy.

One of the best eyeliner is Maybelline's gel eyeliner.
it come in a small jar kinda thing with an eyeliner brush and lasts for 18 hours.It doesn't smudge, it is sweat proof as well as water proof!

liquidddd easier to work with tbh you find them in wallgreens try to get brush tip and the more flexible the better
